Apparently, Verizon and our local cable company wanted to destroy the only good part of our backyard by putting that ginormous green cable box in the back corner. It's really big----in fact, it goes halfway up my thigh, and you all KNOW I have long legs. Uuh! It's like they said "hey, let's just put this in the ugliest backyard in the neighborhood. They won't care." They don't know that we're in the process of trying to make it look better. The problem is, it must look worse to look better. :(

This is a picture of the completed hole that is our bathroom. We are now in the process of cutting plywood to cover it back up. Yaay! Maybe sometime soon we can get that covered up, and we can put the cement board down so we can start tiling. I am learning that do-it-yourself home improvements can be a long and tedious process. Bless my husband who is ever-so-patient with my overly ambitious attitude. :)
